I’ve only had it a day so I cannot comment on durability but I’m very happy with this duvet cover and I have two large dogs so my version of durability might be different than yours. But after one night, it’s not covered in dog hair like other blankets would be right now.That being said, it came a bit wrinkly and I think I’ll had some issues with that as I use it more but nothing a dryer and iron can’t smooth out if needed.The texture of it is really soft sort of like a T-shirt after it’s been broken in and softens up so it’s very comfortable. It is lightweight for sure. I don’t have a duvet in it just because it’s so hot right now I’m August and my child sweats at night. So we’re just using it as a thin blanket for now while it’s still summer. It kept us warm enough at night but it still breathable and light enough.The color is great. I didn’t want a harsh gray color. I wanted a soft warm gray. And this is that. It’s dark but it’s a muted gray. Almost gray that’s faded a little. Overall it’s really pretty and comfortable. I’d recommend it.
