This duvet is lovely like the pictures. The fabric is soft and silky and I am super picky with textures. For those that said the "blanket" was too thin, this is not a blanket. It is a duvet cover. Basically a cover for duvet style comforter. It requires the duvet insert for depth. You can find many types of duvets on Amazon.I love that the closer is a zipper, I prefer them to buttons. However, it has one major design flaw...it only has one tie per corner. There are no side ties to keep the duvet in place. It's super annoying to have to readjust the duvet inside the cover each morning when I make the bed. I ended up having to buy some duvet clips to keep it stable.
