Just got this today and washed and dried it. Sadly the zipper part broke once I got the duvet inserts in place (did the burrito method). First time with duvet anything and that method is probably easier than the typical way. I would return due to the zipper but it’s way too much to undo the 2 inserts (wanted the fluffy look) and pack up. I’m hoping I can fix it. The color is a little off but the seller did mention that. I’ll update once I sleep for a few days.UPDATE: I’m returning the item after trying to fix the zipper but no luck. It sleeps fine HOWEVER I did insert 2 duvet inserts in it and it made it feel more weighted which I slept like a baby but I doubt it’s because of the cover specifically. Also the King size was really hanging low enough on the sides. If you don’t get the cover exactly symmetrical with your bed, one side is shorter than the other. Also, if you think buying a California king size cover or comforter for a king size bed is going to help it DOES NOT! California king beds are longer and not as wide as a regular king, so your disappointment is going to be greater if you think buying the Cali is going to be better. Overall, just going to return and going with a different brandI was pleasantly surprised by how soft this linen is, not as soft as Belgian flax linen from pottery barn, but close. The material quality it very nice for the price. Unfortunately the zipper is absolute garbage. I wish they had just done buttons because the zipper split immediately and is useless.I found the duvet to be comfortable in warm temperatures. It was very soft and it does have a gentle wrinkle due to it is after all linen. I do not like the zipper closer however.Really hard to find a good duvet cover that is true linen, has the zip closure rather than button and also has the 8 ties to secure the duvet in place. 10/10 recommend!Man I loved these sheets. After the first few washes they were super soft. However I’ve had them 7 months and the zipper broke, the fabric ripped by the zipper, and one of the tie downs broke. A little upset it didn’t last longer.I have loved this duvet. We have had it for about 2 weeks and it is holding up to my dog so nicely. We have washed it once and it definitely got softer from just the one wash so I imagine it will continue to do so. The style Seems like it’s intended to have some texture, so it’s not wrinkle free but it does look intentional very satisfied with my purchaseThis is the soft, natural and neutral duvet cover I was looking for. Being it's linen, it is wrinkly, but that is part of its charm. And as someone who "sleeps hot," this cover works together with my 100% cotton insert to keep me cool and comfortable. My disappointment is with the shams...they are basic pillow cases. Usually duvet covers come with sham covers that have some style-- a simple ruffles, or a hem of sorts. It pulls together the look. But to be fair, the seller does call their product pillow cases, not shams. So now I have to find actual shams that look like the duvet.It's def not wrinkle free and takes a lot of work to get it smooth looking. It is not the roughest bedding I've encountered but not something you want to use without a flat sheet unless your needing an exfoliation. The color is what I was wanting to lighten my darker blue room and the texture is what I was looking for but not the best for comfort.Delivered in time as expected
